A word from our Pastor Gary L. Jackson
On behalf of Friendship Baptist Church, I would like to welcome you to our website. It is our desire to glorify Christ by "Touching People and Changing Lives". Please take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with the many ministries targeted to meet the needs of people. You will find Friendship Baptist Church to be a friendly place that reaches out to others.
It is our first priority to share God's plan of salvation with every person. John 14:6 says, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." Friendship Baptist Church also recognizes that the Lord adds to the church and every member is important. We faithfully teach and preach the inspired infallible Word of God to equip the saints for His work.
In addition to many community outreach ministries Friendship Baptist Church has a weekly radio ministry "Focus on the Word" covering the eastern half of the United States on 700 WLW. Friendship Life Ministries, a ministry helping women in crisis situations, was founded in 2007.
