Gary Jackson Pastor In September of 2002, Gary Jackson joined the Pastoral staff as our first Co-Pastor and since January, 2005, he has served as our Pastor. Bro. Gary graduated from Tennessee Temple College in 1979. He also formerly served as a Youth Pastor and Pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Manchester, TN.

Phil Keller Associate Pastor of Youth & Bus Bro. Phil Keller adds to our staff the life experience of growing up in a Christian home as well as growing up here at Friendship Baptist Church. Phil holds a degree from Cincinnati State and has held a position as a Youth Leader since 1998. He previously worked as a computer programmer before becoming a staff member in January of 2006.


Rick Schrenker Associate Pastor of Education and Pastoral Care Mr. Schrenker is a lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area. After graduation from Colerain High School, he attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he majored in foreign languages and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. He also completed his Master's degree in educational administration at Miami University. Brother Schrenker’s primary responsibilities are Church Education including 32 Sunday School classes, Seniors Ministry, Children’s Church, and Awana. It is the goal of FBC to help each member “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”. Pastoral Care duties include both organizing our visitation and soul-winning efforts as well as coordinating our hospital and shut in visitation. The Schrenkers have two married children and two grandchildren. Mr. Schrenker enjoys reading, Bible study, foreign languages, and history. Bro Schrenker’s hobbies are fitness walking, pen collecting, and car detailing. He and his wife Diane joined FBC in the summer of 2005 and are a welcomed addition to our church staff.

Keith Wells Associate Pastor of Communications Keith Wells joined Friendship Baptist in March of 1989. He has worked with our Youth Church, Youth Group, Music Department, and College & Career Ministry. He is a graduate of Purdue University. In June of 2000, Bro. Keith became the Minister of Music and Membership. He is responsible for the Music Department, Outreach, and the College & Career Ministry.

Renee Colwell - Office Personnel In January of 2007, Mrs. Renee Colwell joined the church staff as our full-time Administrative Assistant. Renee and her husband Ed are faithful members of the church. Renee is responsible for the church office administration, record maintenance, bulletin, and prayer list.
Sharon Jackson - Office Personnel In October of 2004, Mrs. Sharon Jackson joined the church staff as a part-time secretary. Sharon assists Renee Colwell with the church office administrative duties.
